1. No Official Affiliation
"IELTS" is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP Education Australia, and Cambridge Assessment English. Your English Prep uses this name solely to describe the exam that our platform helps students prepare for. We are an independent preparation service and have no affiliation with, nor are we endorsed or authorised by, any official IELTS test body.
2. AI Feedback Is an Estimate, Not an Official Score
All band scores you receive on Your English Prep are generated by AI for practice purposes only. They are calibrated to follow the same scoring criteria published by the official test bodies, but they are not official scores and carry no weight with immigration authorities, universities, employers, or any other organisation. Only the British Council and IDP (for IELTS) can issue an official, recognised result. AI feedback can occasionally be inaccurate or inconsistent — always treat it as a study aid, not a guarantee of your real exam outcome.
3. No Guarantee of Exam Results
We do not promise or guarantee any specific band score or improvement from using Your English Prep. Your official exam result depends on many factors outside our control, including the testing body's own examiners and grading process. Practice performance on our platform may differ from your result on the actual exam.

Where our practice questions, scoring rubrics, or study guides reference publicly available official materials (such as IELTS.org band descriptors), this is done for study and reference purposes only and does not imply endorsement by those organisations.

All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds as a general policy. If you have a special circumstance, please contact us at support@elvian.xyz — we review every case personally and are always open to a conversation.
Your English Prep provides mock tests for practice purposes only. Our scores are AI-generated estimates and should not be considered as official IELTS scores. We shall not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from your use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. Unused test credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Verification & Transactional Emails
We send account verification codes, password reset links, purchase confirmations, and other service-essential messages. These emails are required for the proper functioning of your account and cannot be unsubscribed from.
Promotional & Marketing Emails
We may also send you updates about new features, special offers, study tips, and IELTS preparation resources. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us directly.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
